Mountain Point Academy participates in Utah’s state scholarship programs, and Utah Fits All Scholarship funding can be applied toward tuition here. We’re a Cognia-accredited online private school for grades 6 through 12, built around self-paced coursework, certified teachers, and a dedicated Academic Mentor who meets with every student weekly.
Utah Fits All is a state-funded scholarship that Utah K-12 families can direct toward approved education expenses instead of attending an assigned public school. Odyssey has managed the program since May 2025, handling applications, awards, approved expenses, and reimbursements.

Approved-provider mechanics are set by the administrator and re-decided every scholarship year, so we confirm the exact routing for your award on your consultation call rather than guessing at it on a web page.
One thing we don’t do: complete or submit your scholarship application. Utah law restricts what a provider can do there, and any school offering to run your application for you is worth a second look. What we can do is make sure everything on our side is ready when you need it.

Students in foster care, residential programs, and group homes remain eligible for the Utah Fits All Scholarship and can direct funds to an accredited provider. This is one of the situations we’re built for.
When a student enters or leaves a placement, school is usually the thing that slips. Records get stranded at the old school, credits go uncounted, and a student who was doing fine academically loses half a year for reasons that have nothing to do with their ability.
Everything is online, self-paced, and available 24/7. A placement change doesn’t restart the academic year. Courses, progress, and mentor stay put.
We chase down transcripts and prior coursework so earned credits actually count, and keep documentation current for whoever comes next.
A lighter load during a hard stretch, more speed later. The Academic Mentor adjusts the plan instead of letting a student stall.
We work with facility education staff, guardians, and caseworkers on enrollment paperwork and progress reporting.
